Preliminary information

To purchase on-line it is necessary to register first.

Registration is subdued to the approval by the site administration. After the registration and the e-mail confirmation you must then wait for the approval by the administration.

This measure has been decided essentially for safety reasons (eliminate spamming, competitors looking for information, timewasters in general), so we ask you to be patient: you will however receive a prompt reply.

Purchasing procedure

Log in with the username and the password you chose during registration. At this point, in the On-line Purchase Menu a new entry will appear, "Product Catalogue". Clicking it will allow you to browse our catalogue in the usual way and allow you to add products to the cart.

Once satisfied, still in the menu On-line Purchase->Product Catalogue click on the sub-item Cart.

Your shopping list will appear. You may modify the quantity, delete objects from the list, or proceed to adding others, as you prefer.

Once satisfied, all that is left to do is click on "Send an order via e-mail".

What happens next

The order placed in this way does not have the necessary legal characteristics: it is only a request for purchase, very simplified and basic.

It will be our duty to send you ASAP an e-mail with a proposal for purchase complete with shipping and handling costs, applicable taxes, times and methods of payment, and any discounts applicable to your case.

You will only have to send such proposal for purchase back, which at that point will become an actual order.
