nepal_cialdeAbout ten years ago some plants of Cattura in Papua-New Guinea were transplanted to Nepal in a region well known for its tea plantations. This experiment originated the only high quota plantations and the only ones outside the tropical area, which for its climate characteristics make this coffee “exclusive”. Prepared as espresso, the coffee presents itself as a cream with a nice hazelnut color with small stripes, a fine and persistent texture. The elegant and rich aroma, brings back scents of tea, citrus, chocolate and results slightly flourish. A light-bodied espresso whose after-taste is not particularly intense, but persistent.
