The Jamaican Island is renown in the coffee world for the production of the Blue Mountain. The plants grow on the sloped of the homonymous mountain and after careful harvesting of cherries and processing of grains the coffee is kept in the same wooden barrels used a long time ago to keep rum. The espresso is able to emit aromas of candied orange, almond and scents of spices leaving an after-taste of spices and liquorice.
