
This coffee comes from the regions of the Ethiopian plateaus where, it is said, the coffee plant originated. In the Sidamo cup, we find those ancestral organoleptic characteristics that remind us and take us back to the origin of coffee. The cup has a fine looking cream with a great color, the drink is very aromatic but with a medium denseness and notes ranging from fruit with citrus notes, to chocolate and cardamom. Persistence and after-taste quality are very refined.
