Caffè Italia's
coffee, ready to be tasted at any moment of
the day with a simple operation, is the result of an accurate and
constant research for quality. To obtain a successful blend we do not
limit ourselves to choosing the best varieties the market has to
offer. We know that products of the earth are inconstant, and
subjected to natural events that determine quality year by year.
Moreover the product, from harvest, may suffer improper manipulation
by operators, that can alter its characteristics. For this reason, we
choose each batch of green coffee to find flaws and qualities, and
ensure the best choice.
To the initial
quality, we add accuracy in every phase of the transformation. We
therefore opt for separated and optimized roasting for each variety;
before production, we carry out a final tasting verification for the
cup return of the blend, carried out by specialized operators.
It is only then that
we proceed to ensure the product in a protective environment, which
allows to preserve the fragrance, the taste and the aroma of freshly
roasted coffee.
